Netgear Extender Setup begins when you receive your new Extender which is powered by cutting-edge technology. In the very first place, you must carefully unbox your Extender. Make sure to remove all the packaging material without damaging the gadget. Now, you must visit “netgear.com” to establish your Netgear User Account. This is essential for registering your purchased product. Hence, go through the Account Creation process by following on-screen instructions. Once your account is successfully created, proceed for Product Registration. For this, access “netgear.com/mynetgear” on your system. Then, log in to your Netgear Account. Thereafter, go for the “Register a Product” tab. Subsequently, type in the “Serial Number” and “Date Of Purchase” of your Netgear Extender. After that, click “Register”.

With successful Product Registration, you are ready for performing a simple process for Netgear Extender Setup. Another key point to remember is that you can complete this process in two distinct ways. The simplest option is through WPS. However, it works only with WiFi Routers that support WPS Setup. The other is the manual method by means of Installation Assistant.
